Our new 8" C-Brand sintered diamond wheels are finally here! These high quality, diamond wheels from Ukraine are an excellent choice for your grinding needs. Sintered diamond wheels have diamond embedded in a metal matrix. Unlike electroplated wheels which have the diamond sitting on the surface, the sintering surrounds the diamond so only part of the diamond is exposed. This means the diamonds will be less aggressive at grinding, but it also means your wheel should last a lot longer! It is important when using a sintered wheel to use the whole surface evenly! You don't want to accidentally wear a groove into the wheel because you probably won't be able to get it out! Each wheel is 1-1/2" wide and has a 1" bore but bushings are available.
