Gets the Job Done

This is the highest grid recommended for the vibrating lap. If you are a glass artist, don't have unreasonable expectations about time. For pieces that are fused on fiber paper, it may take 60 grit, 6 or more hours to grind your piece down to a smooth plane surface. On a bowl where you want flat edge, it may take 24 hours. Once this is done, the rest of the grits are on the 1 or 2 hour schedule. For me, it is worth it.
